I put a little piece of my bird's cuttlebone in the tank because I have baby trapdoor snails and they have cracks in their shells. I read that this can be from not getting enough calcium. So my mom got some plants from Ger. She gave me a handful to go in my tank. I am not sure of the name of them, but I think it might be called anacharis.
