I'm with Pete in that I really can't answer that, but I love acros, acans, montis and then everything else. Each coral has it own uniqueness so that makes them all great.

I made one from instructions from the guy who invented it. Same result as Gerwin. Didn't seem very effective.

I still am and still love it. I use it and the NO3 version. Hanna checker reads zero every reading and no nuisance algaes. It costs more at first, but I think it is cheaper in the long run because it lasts so much longer than GFO.

From what I understand on the durso, the air opening is the key so I would say yes trey enlarging the airhole. Just be sure to go a little at a time to be sure you don't over do it. Hope that helps and good luck.

A mixture of MH, T5HO, LED and natural sunlight. That should about take care of any needs. Also may want to have a 4-5 deep tank just to be safe!
