I could not begin to count, last count prior to a massive die off and tank swap we had about 1 coral per gallon in the 300. As the new system settles in I am guessing that close to 50% have survived some 1/4" some still fairly large none of the LPS has been lost.

Any one still running biopeletts what do you see as positive and negative?

I put them back on on my BAT trying to get back to what made my original system successful with the least amount of trouble.

Specs dude specs what all are you running? pump, sump etc?

I also hung a Pharos on what's left of the 40B. This has been a really good light. Thanks for the suggestion Gerwin wouldn't have though of using it.

Got all 5 Radions on the BAT.

Pete Zinc Chromate if memory serves was the primer used by the navy, I bet most of the rattlecan paints at least the better ones will work on the Aluminum. 300 is now a memory, the BAT is up and running and have moved about 6 of the LPS colonies from the 40B into it. Tested evels for the first time ...

What I find interesting is most of the online prices are so close to Gerwins prices that you really are not saving anything by buying on line. He has yet to tell me no he would not get what I wanted.

The 300 is being taken down this coming weekend we now have a 9 month old Granddaughter living with us DHS says no exposed water so going to rush the swap over to the new 330 along the wall.have had real issues with ALK levels and lost massive amounts of SPS. Eric photos usually have to be written with an r in the img portion of the string to size down so they will show up. I think Doug put a post up on how to do it. Easy once you figure it out

Does anyone still use a Diatom Pressure Filter? Looked like a quart mason jar with a cork insert put in Diatom powder to filter your water?
