Your voltage is jumping when something is unplugged because more is available to leach to your tank. I do not use Apex but do you have some type of ground to protect the tank on the Apex?

Don't use tap water with or without conditioner. Get RODI water mix either in the tank or bucket. Salt water creatures are a little more finicky than fresh.

Did 20% waterchanges on all 4 tanks, pulled out more dead SPS from the 300 nothing new dead in 3 weeks. Moved a green toadstool frag from the 30 to the 5.
Going to wait till tomorrow to test levels 50 gallons thru the skimmer should give pretty good numbers.

No one has posted since September. I have had a real bad time with the 300 lost 50% of my SPS to an alk spike with the change to a CARX. Hopefully beginning to settle down finally. Levels have been steady for the last 4 weeks or so did 200 gallons of water changes over those same 4 weeks. Got 80 mor...

I have one full bucket and just used the last of the last special, but I did make it during cruzin the coast...

Switching tends to freak out the SPS I would suggest a slow ramp up to where you want to run them say over 6 weeks. Which LEDs did you get? I have the Radion gen2's and switching from gen1's caused some bleaching have never had MH or t5's so can't speak to the switch there. LEDs seem to be an issue ...

Looking good Pete, some of those are real nice. I claim first frag of the Myiagi when it grows. One of my favorites.

Nice job on the rescape, I'm looking at new lights too, PAC SUN pandora s, led t5 combo. I like the idea just not the price. May just add some t5's under the canopy with the Radions.

In the process of a 50 gal thru the skimmer change on the big tank, change 10 one each little tank, that's enough....

Any word on a time yet?
