What's on my Tang?

I don't think its ich. Any ideas?

It's viral, and called lymphocystis. Usually goes away in otherwise healthy tanks. In bad cases, we used to cut or pull it off, and paint the site with mercurochrome. There's probably a better answer today.

he is correct and some people still do that, it will probably go away on its own, cleaner shrimp actually do a pretty good number on it, Roger put a Koran that had a ton of it in the cleaner shrimp tank in about 2-3 days all gone gone
