Killed my first snail...the salt water tragedy begins

Post by slappie19 » Mon Jan 10, 2011 10:17 pm

New to salt water tanks and new to the website. Nearly drowned trying to siphon water during water change. The snail itself was using my overflow box like a scene from Shawshank Redemption...but did not swim to freedom.

As I deplete the earth of organisms during their short stay in my tank, I'm sure I'll post them here. Next stop is to finish installation of my lighting and start harvesting kelp and other algae's in a few days.
