well after i found out i have spaghetti worm(s) i took a really hard look in my tank each and every rock on one of my oldest pieces i see 6 little white things that look like a pineapple come to find out its a pineapple sponge i do not know anything about them are they good or bad to have

Hey man, yup, another good find. They are a sign of good water flow and atleast decent water chemistry. They are harmless filter feeders.
