How many hours per day should you have your lights on for?

Mine run 9 hours a day 2.5 of that at full power the rest ramp up and down.

I run my blues 10 total and my MH 6 bit am slowly moving that higher.

now Brian, you were the Nano champ of 2011, how is it you forgot what you did in a few months? most be that east coast food.
I usually recommend 5-6 hours full power and then a couple on the front in and back in ramping up and down

Im easing my self back into it. Im a little gun shy since i can't drive 5 minutes up the road and hang out for a couple hours at just fish to pick your brain! Why do you think I have called the store about once a week to ask questions haha. I don't trust the LFS's here yet.
