Coral farm

I have a little 14 gallon Oceanic Biocube that is just sitting in the corner with nothing in it. I thinking about getting a bunch of small frags and starting a little coral farm. I can make some trays with pvc pipe. Is the lighting in the biocube efficient enough or do I have to upgrade?

Any sugggestions on what I should start my farm with? I want some of the faster growing stuff like Zoas and star burst polyps. Im going to try and start off with 8 to 10 frags.
