I have always been fond of the ricordias especially the really colorful ones. It doesnt have to be huge. Actually I prefer a smaller one. If anybody has one let me know.

My advice to you would be to hold off on getting one of these corals, but if you must have one, Gerwin can get some really nice ones. A lot of us have a hard time keeping this coral, me included, I have lost two of them, give your tank more time to age before you try them. I would get some regular Ricordias, they look nice, don't cost that much and are a lot easier to keep.

I didnt realize they were that hard to take care of. I thought all corallimorphs were practically indestructable. By regular ricordea do you mean the florida ricordea?

I can keep florida rics just fine with no problem. Yuma rics however are a different story, I cannot keep them to save my life. I have been too chicken to try one of those high dollar babies.
