An Achilles Tank :) :) :) What a beautiful fish, a fish I have always wanted to have. Everything I have read about them has steered me away from getting one, but they sure are easy on the eyes.

Damn!!! If I wouldn't have bought that Sohal last week it would already have my name in it.

Already have a 210 and 125. Wife made me get rid of the 100 gallon which would be to small anyway.Shadow1 wrote:Simple get another tank........

Negative son! That one came in with my name on it. lol Heard like 3 people tried to buy him. They told everyone he was spoken for. I walked into the store and wrote *sold* and my name on the tank. Thought Mark was going to kill me! lol
He has ich really bad right now. Roger and Gerwin are medicating him. Hoping when i visit on Tuesday he looks better. Thanks guys!

I mean I had him ordering me one until I bought the Sohal. It's funny that both fish I had him ordering came in this week, with my Anthias coming in along with the Achilles. Either way good luck and hope he gets better. Make sure you stock up on seaweed because that's what most people have luck getting new Achilles to eat. My Blueface isn't looking good right now and it's the first time it's been sick since I've had it for 2 yrs.

What type of Anthias did you get? How about a pic or two of the tank :)MPowell wrote:I mean I had him ordering me one until I bought the Sohal. That's one of the reasons I never got one, read they get Ich very easily along with the fact that they can get pretty big, 9 inches or so and that the recommended tank size is like 180g for them. I don't know how many attain that 9 inches though in a aquarium setting, I think a regular Yellow Tang can get up to 9 inches also, but have never saw one that big in an aquarium, am sure they do though. I would defiantly put a UV sterilizer on my system if I were to try to keep one.
