You can bend those without heating, they are made out of lexan. Yes sir I could make a custom one, just let me know what you want. I may have a few more pieces of 1/4" material to make one. I have a 1/4" corner rack in my tank that hangs 15" down. Just let me know call/text 2286978083

these are the two versions I've made, I can make pretty much any type and size.

Those look really nice When you make the "custom one" for Richard, can you post a pic of that one Thats the one I want he always has good ideas. I am sure you have checked on this, have you looked into making one with a magnet on it, I could raise or lower it as needed?

I just can't find the type and size magnets I need to incorporate them into the design. I don't want to use the wrong ones and it cause havoc in someone's tank

Re: Twinn's tank/s
Any Carbon steel Magnet will work as it will put out GFO as it rusts away ... dont want it in my tanks but.smtwinn wrote:I just can't find the type and size magnets I need to incorporate them into the design. I don't want to use the wrong ones and it cause havoc in someone's tank
The other source would be discarded algae scrapers their magnets should be safe.
the magnetic ones I have are regular magnets sealed in acryiic both for inside and outside the tank. GMan has a corner one in the shop. Get a look at it.
The one I would like would be twice the size of the 2nd one you have posted, with hole spacing a little further apart (see the corner one GMan has) out of the thicker acrylic and about 15" deep.

Gerwin has one corner one I made is it not the same as the first picture shadow? Yea I wouldn't want to put anything in my tank that's going to rust either.

Re: Twinn's tank/s
done like that any magnet will do look up super magnet man.
I want one about twice as long as your square one with real strong magnets to hold in the 300. or like I said 15 or so inches deep.

Ok I looked at the magnet website. When do you need/want this rack by? You want it just twice as long or twice as long and wide?
