My customers like children?

Now, now don't take that as a bad thing, let me explain,
So it dawned on me the other day, the similarities to parents and children and myself and my customers at the shop.
The Child:
When they first come to me they are anxious to learn and have so many questions about every little thing, they do and trust most everything I say ( except those times I say something is hot and they touch it anyway, but they learn)
The Teenager:
And like most teenagers they think they know more than the parent.
you know the parents did not go to college or maybe did not travel the world or seems closed minded and is "old school", so they run off and do their own thing for a bit, usually getting in trouble along the way and asking the parent to help them get out of it.
The Adult:
Aww, the awakening,
Yes the moment they realize that ole dad/mom was a hell of a lot smarter than they ever knew and then usually go back to get some good ole fashion wisdom, realizing that often its not about new fangled gizmos or ideas but about living and doing, and that experience trumps all.

Well thats my story and I'm sticking to it....
Btw did I mentioned I'm the oldest teenager y'all will ever meet? :shh:
