My SetUp: 180gal saltwater reef, 6-80watt T5 lights, 2 powerheads in tank, 2 return pumps in a 40gal sump, uv sterilizer, gfo and carbon reactor.

That is a bristleworm. As far as it being good or bad depends on who you ask. :wtf:
I have them in my tank. They don't really seem to bother anything. I believe they are scavengers. Some folks consider them to be pest. I am sure others will chime in here with their opinion.
