My SetUp: 180gal saltwater reef, 6-80watt T5 lights, 2 powerheads in tank, 2 return pumps in a 40gal sump, uv sterilizer, gfo and carbon reactor.

it is an ocean view 240 2'x2'x8'. yes i built cabinetry.

Where did you get the plans? Or did you create them on your own? I would like to get a bigger tank. Not quite as large as yours. Maybe a 125 or 150. I would like to build the stand and canopy myself, and then buy the tank.

bigger is always better, especillay when it comes to aquariums.

plans are usually nestled deep in my cranium for most the items i build.
kind of ironic becuase i look at plans all day along at my real job and have the capability of generating detail plans, but would rather plan as i build.

if you have some basic power tools,(circular saw, chop saw, router, etc. etc.)
you can build a pretty decent stand. if you have any more questions let me know.
