i just noticed maybe a hour ago and was wondering what the hell it is its in my sand bed orangish-red prob 30 small skinny tenicles is it bad good leave it or get it the hell out of there here

Look up spaghetti worm. Thats what it sounds like. If so, leave it in tank.

I think every established reef tank will have these, most notable after you have cleaned or stirred up the substrate a bit as all the detritus sticks to them
