OK Since I got the siphon the tank is a brand new system, no more issues or they havent reared their heads with the nitrates going out of control.

Hey while I am thinking about this what would look best with the 100gal? A black back ground or a more natural back ground so you do not see all the way through the tank now its so damn clean...

I cant tell you on backgrounds.. I still argue with myself about it (going on for years lol) so nothing is behind my tanks because I can't decide. Ugh!

Thank you Rene, I spoke with Gerwin today and he has suggested either blue or black and as luck would prevail the colors are on the same sheet, reversible for those who just dont know like me........ lol

I do not care for a non back grounded tank, could it look any worse than power cords and power filters and hard water drips or a antique white wall? Most fish will intensify their colors when the environment is a little darker as well.
