I'm currenty giving my LTA, Frogspawn and Brain some flounder and Cyclops from Ocean Nutrition. I can see them eat the flounder when I give it to them but with the cyclops (not target fed) I can't really tell. I just throw the cube in there and let the circulation carry it around to everything. I turn my return off for this.
Please let me know about the Flounder and cyclops as well as other options.
If you provide another suggestion please provide the place you get it from.
Thanks!

I would feed very sparingly any organics that could possibly raise your nitrates, you can gradually increase your feedings if you desire watching your nitrates to make sure you can handle your feeding schedule.
I am a fan of feeding, IF IT GETS eaten, not a fan of random food given frequently floating around system.
Cyclop in freeze dried and reef frenzy are two powdered foods containing much small planktonic food sources.
And I think if I was going to feed like you are doing on those few pieces that I would target feed them, in the hopes to get more food direct to them and not just turning over in system to decompose.
