If his are like mine,, they do hatch,,, then they become part of the food chain. It is really cool watching them hatch.

they usually hatch in 10-14 day, usually at night. Then after about one-two weeks clown spawn again, usually in the day time.

Re: tomato clown spawn on squamosa clam
What do i have to do to have clowns to spawn in my tank? can this be done with false clowns "nemo"? I used to have a 55 gal freshwater tank that i had glass neons, and guppys in and they all constantally spawned i had so many guppies and neons i was giving them to walmart to sell..LOL this was way before i knew about you gerwin!!
anyway point is i loved watcheng them spawn and constantally multiply, i would very much like to have something similar happen in my reef tank.

Re: tomato clown spawn on squamosa clam
pretty simple, given you have a healthy aquarium. just need to purchase two juvenile clowns. the dominant of the two will become female and the other will become the male. that is if they decide to fall in love.

hummmm. my 2 "nemo" clowns seem to like each other, they are rarely ever more than 3" apart from each other, and they sleep together, maybe there is a chance!!! i dont need moon lights or to dose viagra or anythingto the tank
